TOURNAMENT INFORMATION

Location:

Warman Lake is located 10 miles north of Portland International Airport (PDX). From Airport Way take I-205 North towards Seattle. After crossing the Columbia River take Highway 14 East, exit number 27, towards Camas. Follow Highway 14 to exit number 10. Turn left onto SE 192nd Avenue and continue for 3 miles. Turn right onto NE 13th Street. Travel about 1.5 miles and take a left onto Ingle Road. Warman Lake will be 1.3 miles ahead on the left.

Entry Requirements:

A level 6 ranking is required in all divisions, with the exception of a level 5 ranking in overall. Skiers must be a competitive member of USA Waterski, a US citizen and qualified to ski in the Western Region per rule 4.03(3). Scores from collegiate tournaments class C and above can be used for qualification.

Entry Fees:

Make checks payable to Warman Lake. Online registration preferred (additional $5 fee).

1 Event: $115

2 Events: $120

3 Events: $125

Family (up to 3): $275 - Includes G1-W1, B1-M1. Each competitor over 3 add $80.

Current collegiate team members receive entry for $60 with volunteer duty.

$5 per entry goes to Western Region Junior Development.

Non-qualifiers must request a refund (minus $10) by July 18, 2015.

Registration may be completed online at USA Waterski. Registration including full payment must be received by July 15, 2015. If mailing your entry (US Mail Only) send completed official entry form and check for full entry fee to:

Tournament event classes will follow national tournament classification except B1 and G1 trick, which will be class E unless skier elects class L in advance of event.

Skier Check In:

Check in is not necessary if all required registration information has been completed. It is the skier’s responsibility to check the list posted at registration to verify that registration is complete.

Check in hours: Monday July 20th, 12:00PM - 5:00PM; Tuesday through Friday, 8AM - 5PM; Saturday, 8AM - 12PM.

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

The daily schedule of events is as follows. An up to date running order can be found here or at registration. Tournament start times each day are at 7:00AM. Events not completed on a given day will be resumed the following day with corrected schedules posted on site. If needed, additional time is scheduled to complete unfinished events on Sunday July 26th beginning at 7:30AM.

PRACTICE

Warman Lake will be open for practice rides on Sunday July 19th from 8:00AM – 7:00PM for a cost of $15.00 per ride. A ride is 4 slalom passes, 2 jumps, or 2 trick passes. A fall equals one pass.

Site briefing will be available Monday July 20th, 8:00AM - 6:00PM for a cost of $20.00 per ride. During site briefing one ride is 2 slalom passes, 2 jumps, or 1 trick pass each way. A fall equals one pass. Additional site briefing practice will follow the completion of each day’s events until dark.

To ensure all competitors have the chance to practice on site, only one practice set may be taken at a time. Additional practice rides may be taken, but skiers cannot be added into the rotation until after completion of their current ride.

Practice will also be available at Mint Lake Wednesday and Thursday from 9:30AM - 6:00PM. Mint lake is located approximately 35 minutes north of Warman Lake at:

If needed you can download a map and directions. Be advised that during rush hour on SR-503 traffic can be heavy and extra time is required. Available practice times will be posted at both lakes.

Camping:

On site camping is available for $15.00 per night. Reservations are recommended to reserve a space, and pre-payment is required upon arrival. Water and pump out are available. Food and ice will be available on site Monday, July 20th - 25th.

Pets:

Pets must be on leash and under control at all times. Pets will be restricted to designated areas. Please use your pooper scooper and baggie.

Officials Meeting: Monday July 20th at 4:00PM

General Membership Meeting (with opening dinner): Tuesday July 21st, 30 minutes after last skier

Junior Water Skier Banquet: Thursday July 23rd at 7:00PM - Information and tickets at registration booth, deadline to purchase tickets is July 23rd by 12:00PM
